Our widely configurable system SIDED® is optimized for wider minibuses and minibuses. It has a flexible modular design which gives the ability to configure the luggage rack and air channel at each side of the vehicle independently and in different length.
SIDED® Luggage Rack System & Air Channel System includes the following features;
- Luggage rack; supported by a plastic LED back lighted bracket, independent from air duct length. Last minute, removable/applicable. The standard colour for the bracket’s back light is blue, but other colours are also available upon request.
- Air duct; beside the loading panel with hidden air exits, window air outlet and curtain rail integrated. Shape and dimension are adjustable according to the vehicle’s structure.
- Service sets; with or without loudspeaker.
- Loading panel caps.
- Light channel with LED light source and transparent light diffuser. (Optional)
- Upholstery (Optional)

Before we get in the details of our system and offer, we would like to take your attention, to our system’s very important four advantages;
1. Our SIDED® luggage rack and air channel system weights approx only 35% of the conventional, metal or FRP systems. So it gives the opportunity of fuel economy and higher performance.
2. All the material used in our SIDED® system has the approval of European automotive norms.
3. Because of the light structure; our SIDED® system is much safer than the conventional, metal or FRP systems, in case of an accident.
4. The assembly of a CBU SIDED® luggage rack and air channel system takes only 11/2 hours for each vehicle. So instead of spending several days for a single conventional, metal or FRP system, you will have a great cost reduction in working hours.

Brackets;
The luggage rack is suspended to the ceiling via
plastic brackets which has LED back light inside. The LED light source,
which is placed inside the bracket, is covered by a polycarbonate cover.
The standard colour for the bracket’s back light is blue, but other
colours are also available upon request. By the help of these brackets,
the system is assembled to the ceiling in a very strong way having a
luggage capacity of approx 100kg per meter. With the help of the special
construction of the system and the materials specially used, the
passengers do not hear any noise of vibration in the voyage.

Hidden Air Exits; The hidden exits are specially placed on the aluminium air channel to avoid back pressure in the air channel even all service sets’ air jets are closed by the customers. Also the air exits on the window side lets the A/C air to the windows to keep them without fog.
Service Sets; Our system also may include a service set which have individual reading light and air exit for each passenger with optional loudspeaker. The service sets are connected to each other via spacers, which gives a continuous coach feeling to the minibus passengers. Each service set may have the optional “stop” and/or “hostess/service” button.
Luggage Rack Caps; The luggage rack on both front sides, have the soft material caps which provides a very esthetical finishing and also a security feature in case of any accident.
LED Light Channels (Optional); Our system is also configurable with LED light channels in two different locations. The light channel can be located on the ceiling, or on the handrail edge of the luggage rack. The LED stripe in the channel can be configured in different colours; but mainly used in two different circuits; white for normal and blue for night light.
Upholstery (Optional); Our basic system is based on matt ABS and powder-coated aluminium finishing, but any kind of upholstery, fabric or imitation leather, can be applied upon request.
