General Info Our SUSPENDED® Luggage Rack and Air Channel System is specially design to be used in the vehicles of MB Sprinter, VW Crafter, Iveco Daily, Renault Master, Peugeot Boxer, Citroen Jumper and Fiat Ducato vehicles. It is a widely configurable system combining the luggage rack and air channel with the great advantage of requiring very short assembly time (approximately 1 hour per vehicle) and having less weight and cost compared to the traditional metal or FRP systems.
SUSPENDED®Luggage Rack & Air Channel System includes the following features; - Luggage rack; supported by plastic injected brackets which can have LED backlight as option. - Air channel; integrated below the loading panel of the luggage rack, has the hidden air exits. - Hinge profile system; the luggage rack and air channel system is assembled into the vehicle within maximum one hour via the help of our patented hinge profile system. - Service sets; can be supplied in different models, with or without loudspeakers. - Luggage rack cabs; which are made of PU on both ends of the luggage rack and air channel system. - Light channel; with LED light source and transparent light diffuser (optional) - Air jet on the luggage rack cab (optional) - Fabric or imitation leather upholstery (optional) - Flaps (optional)
Brackets;
The integrated luggage rack and air channel system is suspended to the
ceiling via plastic injected brackets, which can have an LED backlight
as an option. The LED light source, which is placed inside the bracket,
is covered by a polycarbonate cover. The standard colour of the LED back
light and also the polycarbonate cover is blue, but other colours are
also available upon request. By the help of these brackets, the system
is assembled to the ceiling in a very strong way having a loading
capacity of approximately 100 kg per meter. With the help of the special
construction of the system and the materials specially used, the
passengers do not hear any noise of vibration during the voyage.
LED Light Channel (option);
The system is also configurable with an LED light channel, which
consists of an integrated aluminum base profile, a polycarbonate light
diffuser and also the electronic printed circuit boards of LEDs. The LED
light channel is located on the ceiling on both sides, all the length
of the luggage rack. The LED stripe can be configured in different
colors, but generally used in two different circuits white for normal
and blue for night light.
Luggage Rack Caps;
The luggage rack, on both front and rear ends, has soft PU caps which
provide an esthetical finishing and also a security feature in case of
an accident. Those caps can be supplied with an optional air jet which
can be used for the driver or for the door entrance.
Service Sets; The SUSPENDED® Luggage Rack & Air Channel System includes service sets which have individual reading light and air jet for each passenger with optional loudspeaker. The service sets are connected to each other via spacers, which gives a continuous coach feeling to the minibus passengers. Each service set may have the optional “stop” or “hostess/service” buttons. Different types of service sets are available upon request.
A/C Connection Cover (Optional); The SUSPENDED® Luggage Rack & Air Channel System may include the optional A/C Connection Cover in thermoformed vacuum ABS.
